Job Responsibilities :
  • To supervise and execute of residential & commercial project including civil works, steel works interior works, plumbing works, electrical works etc.
  • Providing technical advice and solving problems on site.
  • Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork
  • Prepare Materials requisition for ongoing projects accordingly.
  • Supervising multiple projects at the same time (If required).
  • Consulting/Communicating & other professionals (when required).
  • Preparing and Checking of Labor & Contractor's Bill.
  • Preparing BOQ and Proficient in AutoCAD drawings.
Educational Requirements :
  • Diploma or B.Sc. in Civil Engineering.
Experience Requirements :
  • 2 to 5 year(s)
Additional Requirements :
  • Age 18 to 30 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Civil works, steel structure works.
  • Skills Required: Auto CAD, Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent leadership and motivation skills
  • Excellent communication and management skills
  • Good ability to manage workers and solve their work-related issues
  • Ability to work for long hours in work locations
