- Oversee the architectural process from initial design to the completion of construction
- Manage the project team to ensure that client specifications and expectations are fulfilled
- Review funds and estimates for assigned projects
- Budgeting of an architecture project based on material and vendor research and selection and coordinating project accordingly
- Adhere to budget by monitoring material and labour charges/costs and implementing cost-saving measures
- Maintain project files, including correspondence, drawings, and material samples
- Communicate with clients and contractors regarding changes
- Material research and in-depth comprehension of construction work
- Supervise current projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track.
Educational Requirements :
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in architecture
Experience Requirements :
Additional Requirements :
- Age 25 to 30 years
- High level of language proficiency (English and Bengali-both verbal and written).
- 2-3 years working experience in the architecture industry
- Proficiency with 2D and 3D CAD tools
- Familiarity with building codes and construction standards
- Good communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Attention to details even under pressure
- Team-management and leadership skills
- Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities
