The Project Manager position is the key technical person for the planning and construction operation of the Project, he is responsible for the overall execution of construction works based on the organization`s mission & vision. He has to work under pressure & the direct supervision of the Managing Director. And also operate and develop the engineering departmental issues for the business. He will play a vital role in site supervision, monitoring, planning, coordinating, evaluating, controlling, finishing & Handover all ongoing and upcoming projects. To supervise all Project Engineers, Store Keepers & Projects other Staff. To prepare and estimate detailed BOQ of the projects. Good communication skills with project management.
Vast experience in supervision & execution for construction of Multi-storied Residential, Commercial, and Industrial Building projects including pile, basement, superstructure, sanitary & plumbing, electrical, Fire Fighting Systems, and total finishing works of the building as per architectural and structural design as well as Contract Agreement. And well conversant with electro-mechanical Drawings.
Communication with Employers/Consultants, design professionals, and other stakeholders and assist in resolving matters such as work procedures, complaints, and construction.
Evaluate all costs associated with each project including materials, costs of labor, and time. Must have budgeting and cost management abilities, assess estimated costs early in the project, and bring the actual costs in line.
Makes sure all projects and undertakings stay on budget and within the projected time schedule with quality assurance and quality control management.
Manpower, equipment & resource planning for the proper execution of works within the scheduled time.
Must have sound knowledge to maintain in Govt./Semi-govt official for documentation.
To make a monthly budget for the project.
To be responsible for the whole operation of the project.
To regulate & direct the Project Engineers for daily work targets to be achieved.
To inspect the project has to observe the working condition and advise the project engineer.
To maintain inventory reports of the store regularly & submit to the purchase & logistics department.
Supervise all Project Engineers, Accounts Department, Store Keepers & Projects others Staff.
Any other task assigned by the management.
Educational Requirements :
Graduation Or Post Graduation In Any Subject
Experience Requirements :
At least 10 year(s)
Additional Requirements :
Age 35 to 50 years
Minimum 10 years’ experience in a similar position.
Must be skilled in the use of computers including MS Office, MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint Presentation.
Must possess exceptional organizational and time management skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Must be energetic, very hard-working, loyal, and honest & can manage construction site efficiently
Capable of sourcing sub-contractors, workers, clients, and other stakeholders.
Must be about the latest technology and finishing works conforming to Building Codes and practices.
Must be flexible with working nights, weekends, and holidays.
