    The position of Project Manager will play a vital role to site supervision, monitoring, planning, coordinating, evaluating, controlling, finishing & Handover the all ongoing and upcoming projects any part of Fire Protection System or Fire Detection System. To Supervise all Project Engineers, Junior Engineers, Store Keepers & Projects others Staff. To prepare and estimate detailed BOQ of the projects, to prepare commissioning report as per NFPA & Auditor requirements/report. Good communication skills with project management.

Job Responsibilities :
  • Must have good knowledge and practice on fire work rules and regulations of Bangladesh Fire Service and Civil Defense Department, BNBC, NFPA, RSC Code.
  • Supervise and monitor the Fire Protection System or Fire Detection System work of the project (Industry's, Commercial Complex, Government Project, Hospital, etc.) and ensure progress as per design and drawing with the code of NFPA, BNBC, RSC, FIRE SERVICE & CIVIL DEFENSE.
  • To make a total workflow/ Gantt chart of the project.
  • To make a monthly budget for the project.
  • To be responsible for the whole operation of the project.
  • To make coordination with the procurement team to fulfill all the demands of materials for the project.
  • To regulate & direct the Project Engineers for daily work targets to be achieved.
  • To give weekly as well as the monthly report of the project to the department head / directors of Mechanism Trade & Engineering Ltd.
  • To inspect the project has to observe the working condition and advise the project engineer.
  • To maintain inventory reports of the store regularly & submit to the purchase & logistics department.
  • Supervise all Project Engineers, Junior Engineers, Store Keepers & Projects others Staff.
  • Maintaining good relation with clients and all Project Engineers, Junior Engineers, Store Keepers & Projects others Staff.
  • Any other task assigned by the management.
  • Job Location at Uttara, Dhaka and need to move all the project anywhere at Bangladesh.
Educational Requirements :
  • Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in EEE/ME, Diploma in Engineering in Electrical/Mechanical
  • Skills Required: AutoCAD, Fire and Safety, fire detection, Fire Protection and Detection System, Fire Pump, Fire Safety Audit, Fire Suppration
Experience Requirements :
  • 3 to 7 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): AutoCAD, fire detection, Fire Hydrant system, Fire Protection and Detection System, Installation and Maintenance, Project Engineer, Project Management/ Co-ordinator, Project Monitoring, Service/ support, Testing Commissioning
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Consulting Firms, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Engineering Firms, Fire Fighting and Safety, Indenting Firm, Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.)
Additional Requirements :
  • Age 24 to 45 years
  • Only males are allowed to apply
  • For Fire Alarm & Detection System Manager or Engineer- must be experienced about SIMPLEX & COOPER Fire Alarm System.
  • For Fire Protection System Manager or Engineer- must be experienced on Fire Sprinkler, Hydrant, Suppuration installation, testing and commissioning
