- Responsible for airport protocol of Management and official guests of the Company
- Organize meetings, appointments and calendar
- Make arrangements for international visit of the Chairman
- Receive dignitaries and organize event
- Meet and greet the guest of Chairman in a professional manner
- Organize the Chairman's meetings, appointments and calendar
- Be able to prepare meeting minutes, report to the relevant departments
- Follow-up on tasks assigned by the Chairman
- Typing and filing documents and keep track of all vital papers/documents
- Receive dignitaries and organize event
- Meet and greet the guest of Chairman in a professional manner
- Make all arangements for foreign trip of the Chairman and inform accordingly
- Responsible to arrange visa and tickets for the Management
- Maintain a regular liason with the Embassy Officials
Educational Requirements :
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Mass Communication & Journalism, Master of Arts (MA) in English Literature
Experience Requirements :
- 3 to 5 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Communication, Computer skill
Additional Requirements :
- Age 35 to 45 years
- Only males are allowed to apply
- Must be fluent in English speaking and writing
- Skilled in different computer applications and internet
