Job Location: Ad-din Medical College Hospital, Bara Maghbazar, Dhaka
- To generate purchasing and inventory reports as requested by departmental leadership
- To maintain responsibility for borrow and loan systems from other hospitals
- To coordinate and maintain timely flow of purchasing and receipts with Accounts Payable
- To maintain oversight of emergency supplies (influenza, bioterrorism, chempack etc.).
- To manage price changes and Average Wholesale Price (AWP) updates
- To coordinate inventory to resolve/manage backorders, shortages or recall and secure acceptable product alternatives when necessary
- To continually review and analyze operations recommending and implementing operational changes, new technologies, etc. that will increase the efficiency and level of service of the pharmacy in collaboration with Pharmacy Supervisor or Manager
- To oversee medication and pharmaceutical supply purchasing processes including procurement of medications and other pharmaceutical supplies, working with hospital wholesaler, vendors, and freight companies, managing medication recalls and conducting annual medication inventory.
- To maintain all purchase records, invoices, receipts and inventory control records

- The candidate must have minimum 1-2 years' experience of purchase/ procurement. But the candidate having experience of medicine-related purchase will get preference
