• In-line, pre-final and Final inspection conduct
• Shipment schedule follow up & maintain, Communicate with responsible person/office.
• Needle control policy and Sharp Tools control policy.
• Technical Audit
• Quality Management System (QMS) Implement and Train up.
• Factory QC team Follow up and Training.
• Check first output against approved sealer & update tech pack,
• Weekly meeting with team to discuss daily issues and updates information.
• Co-ordinate with production department for matters on nonconformance of quality issue.
• Must able to Communication with Buyers and Assist.
• Conduct inspection by counter-checking inspection file to check the production status, fabric, accessories and measurement, style, packing, workmanship, etc. to ensure that the requirement of the buyers meets.
• Manage, guide & follow up with QC team members for quality inspection work, and communication with the customers and in-house production department.
• Establishing quality monitoring systems & processes, liaison with cutting, sewing, finishing, and managing quality assurance resources deployed in a different section.
• Self-motivational to resolve any problem of quality-related issues by discussing with the factory and Management.
• Deal with customer complaints (if any) and detect faults and recommend corrective action in a timely by checking operations & solving problems independently.
