The main purpose of this position is to maintain effective quality assurance and control procedures with regard to products and materials through ensuring internal audit, technical evaluation, and QMS establishment.

- 1) Establish and maintain the Quality Assurance System in the production process.
- 2) Guide and monitor quality checking implementation according to the buyer requirement
- 3) Develop, implement and maintain quality plan as per production plan and preset QMS standard.
- 4) Ensure sample development as per customer requirements.
- 5) Ensure Pre-final & Final inspection according to AQL.
- 6) Maintain liaison with buying house merchandiser or QC team for production process follow up to ensure on time shipment of quality product.
- 7) Identifying relevant quality-related training needs and arranges training accordingly
- 8) Assess individual style production process and update concern to resolve any identified issue.
- 9) Implement best course of action to resolve fabric, accessories or trims in house delay, any process gap for knitting, dying, cutting, washing, finishing, packaging etc.
- 10) Ensure quality inspection prior to handing over goods to buyer representative for final inspection.
Educational Requirements :
- Diploma in Engineering in Textile Technology

- Age 30 to 45 years
