• Able to conduct Pre-production meetings with the suppliers / factory.
• Performing inline and final inspection using AQL MLTD
• Making assurance that order produce by supplier is according to approved sealed sample
• Good in production follow up and process
• Good in implementing Company standard and procedure in the factory
• Secure best products for bulk production base on delivery date.
• Goal oriented co-operation with all related colleagues within the organization.
• Have an open dialogue within the team to find solution, with effective methods to avoid repeated mistake.
• Capable to give feedback regarding suppliers or factories status.
• Capable to support suppliers concerning production and quality
• Introduce and develop new supplier according to Kappahl's procedure.
• Proactively plan and work for improvements of routines, best performance, efficiency and prioritization.
• Perform other duties as required for the position.
• Must be a Good team player.

• Priority for those who has technical knowledge in production.
• Garment productions know how and experience from factory and from buying house/liaison office
• Well experienced of working with overseas buyers
• Ability to work in fast placed work environment both independently and in group
• A good command of written and spoken English
• Strong computer skills
