The quality control field ensures that only acceptable, functional, and quality products are distributed to businesses and consumers.
Quality controllers work side-by-side with quality auditors. QCs receive guidelines and specifications to be tested from quality auditors. After examining a product’s appearance and functionality, quality controllers write assessments to quality auditors offering corrective feedback if the quality of a product is compromised in any way. Quality controllers will then follow up with any updated processes put in place by quality auditors to avoid any future defects.
The primary responsibility of quality controller is to ensure products meet quality and efficiency standards set by the company.
Checking cutting, sewing and finishing in-process quality control and report to the management.
Highlight quality report to vendor management and his own top management about any types of quality issue.
Maintain the needed quality requirements throughout the production processes strictly following the buyer specifications.
Perform quality control and inspection activities for PP meeting, Inline Inspection, follow up & Final Inspection according to factory allocation.
Perform factory evaluation and audits as assigned by QA Manager.
Assist factories on how to improve quality and production problems in facilitate on time delivery of goods.
Quality Inspector is responsible for detecting/identify defects and/or other problems, properly labeling and classifying rejects and accurately segregating the items that fail to meet requirements.
Perform measurement audits comparing actual measurement base on requirements (T/S) technical sheet specifications.
Properly identify measurements out of tolerance or other discrepancies.
Determine acceptability of lot based on measurement audit parameters.
Any other responsibility assign by management.
Educational Requirements :
Masters degree in any discipline, Bachelor degree in any discipline
Graduates in related field or similar are getting advantage.
Quality assurance, quality management, quality assurance technician, manufacturing management, or a related field
Experience Requirements :
6 to 8 year(s)

Age 28 to 35 years

Should have analytical ability and superior in correspondence.
Day to day follow up, Need to give Report everyday to Higher authority & Maintain monthly report & billing Section.
Should have good communication and interpersonal skill.
Should be computer literate including the knowledge of MS-Office.
Should have team building capacity and strong leadership quality.
Should be intelligent, skilled, courageous, bold in facing and tackling any unwanted / undesired situation of the Company independently.
Should be honest, sincere, dynamic, hardworking & willing to work under pressure.
