- A reputed 100 % export oriented Factory located Chittagong, is looking for potential candidates as Quality Manager. Job location for the position is Factory at Uttar Kattali, Akbar Shah, Chittagong.
- Workplace: Work at Factory.
- Quality controlling.
- Develop, communicate, implement and maintain proper quality plan to ensure compliance in the Quality. Assurance Systems and Policies of the organization.
- Arrange PP meeting with buyer QC and do the necessary task of PP meeting.
- Follow up buyer quality requirements to all related departments.
- Follow up buyer sample requirement, ensure sample quality, and deliver at the right time.
- Ensure implementation of all quality points in sewing and finishing of garments.
- Doing section wise quality inspection to keep garments defects at minimum.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Analyze and solve errors emerging at every step of the production process applying Root-Cause Analysis tools and techniques.
- Generate and implement corrective measures to prevent recurrence of errors.
- Leadership skills.
- Provide Quality Control Trainings to the members of QA Department.
- Provide trainings to cutting and sewing departments to communicate Quality Policies of the organization.
- Communication Skills.
- Establish and maintain proper communication with Buyer's QC Personnel.
- Generate report containing analysis of relevant factual data of daily operations.
Educational Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree from any reputed university.
