    Renaissance Barind Ltd. situated at Ishwardi EPZ, Pabna. It is a LEED Gold certified green factory. It offers woven shirts, ladies blouses, dresses, unstructured Blazers, and elasticated bottoms. Its major customers include Marks & Spencer, LPP, Bestseller, Orsay, SPI, Suburbia, DMR, and New Yorker. As a specialized woven factory, Renaissance Barind Ltd has 29 lines in 3 different production floors of 0.12 Million SQ FT each. Our ultimate plan is to expand the lines from 29 to 54 nos.

Job Responsibilities :
  • Responsible for quality related assignments/issues.
  • Meet the clients' standards and ensure production outputs are in line with company specifications.
  • Work for DHU and variation reduction.
  • Identify quality issues and analyze complex problems: recommend and implement preventive and/or corrective actions.
  • Monitor and support the quality issues and communicate with the production
  • Check daily reports and analyze and feedback for corrective action.
  • Ensure safety, quality and compliance activities in the workplace.
  • Ensure and maintain a clean and tidy work environment.
  • Find out the root cause of the non-conformance observed and customer complaints.
  • Carry out any other jobs as assigned by the management from time to time.
Educational Requirements :
  • Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements :
  • 4 to 6 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Quality Controller/ Assurance
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments
Additional Requirements :
  • Experienced in a reputed garments manufacturing unit
  • Should be elegant, energetic & have pleasant personality.
  • Dynamic, self-motivated and excellent in inter personal skill
  • Experience of serving at similar position in sweater industry and related field will be an additional advantage.
