We are looking for experienced candidates for the position of `Quantity Surveyor ` with Civil engineering background having previous work experiences in Bridge / Road / Culvert / Jetty / Yard related projects.
Responsibilities includes but not limited to, estimate review and update during construction period.
Must know to find BOQ from the drawings and prepare cost estimate as per govt. schedule.
Should have capacity to identify problem during construction and suggest appropriate solution.
To monitor, Control and supervision of the construction work of proposed under construction project.
Bill checking, estimation & wastage control.
Ensuring technical documentation and procedural documentation are kept up to date.
Educational Requirements :
Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering from any reputed university.
Candidates with Diploma in Civil Engineering are also encouraged, having adequate work experience in this relevant field. Government polytechnic Institutes are given preferences.
Experience Requirements :
At least 5 year(s)
Additional Requirements :
At least 5year(s) of work experience in this relevant field is required, for candidates with B.Sc degree in Civil Engineer background.
At least 10year(s) of work experience in this relevant field is required, for candidates with Diploma in Civil Engineer background.
Good command Over English with modest communication skill.
