• Plan, implementation, coordination and monitoring of Project activities;
• Coordinate and compilation in yearly Project plan, management and monitoring of all project/units activities;
• Coordinate and maintain liaison with senior management in NUK head office, all project concern staff and different stakeholders including respective Government departments;
• Represent organization when liaising with government authorities, local authorities, and other organization's in the project area;
• Maintain regular and effective communication with field staff, head office and donor representative through both verbal and written correspondence;
• Ensure all reporting are done in timely manner;
• Assist Senior Management in preparing organizational Annual Report;
• Willingness to frequent field visits in project areas;

• Looking for a positive minded hard working and committed leader;
• At least 05 years proven work experience in similar role;
• Experience in micro-finance, hospital management issues;
• Experience in liaison with Govt., private sector, partners and different stakeholders;
• Excellent in report writing especially for Govt. Offices and other stakeholders;
• Excellent writing skills both in Bangla and English language
• Professional level IT skill is required;
• Ability to work under stressful/workload job context;
• Have project proposal writing, business planning, donor liaison experience/knowledge is preferred.
• Willingness to frequent field visits for close monitoring of project activities. Candidates who have not willing or problem in visiting field is no need to apply.
• Have motor bike driving experience and valid driving license will be added advantage.
