The Regional Coordinator will oversee the activities of clinic license management, asset management, income and cash deposit monitoring of the SHN clinics under his/her region. The positions will report to Chief of Clinical Services (CCS) with dotted reporting to General Manager-Operations and Senior Manager, Finance and Accounts.
- Serves as the main point of contact for the clinic license management of a particular region.
- Liaise with various regulatory authorities like: DGHS, Fire, Environment and other relevant entities.
- Update asset list quarterly, track and approve replacement/ disposition plan for the assigned region.
- Monitor income and cash deposit of clinics and outreach facilities.
- Frequently visit clinics to accomplish assigned tasks.
- Generate reports as required.
- Carry out other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Educational Requirements :
- Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Finance and Accounts, Master of Commerce (MCom) in Finance and Accounts, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- Skills Required: Advance Excel, Big Data Handling, Monitoring skill, Strong communication skills , Strong Organizational Skills, Team player
Experience Requirements :
- 8 to 10 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Audit, Finance
Additional Requirements :
- Bachelor’s/ Master’s in Finance and Accounts from reputed public/private universities. Education may be relaxed for highly competent candidates with relevant experience.
- 08-10 years of related experience. Three (03) years of managerial experience is required. Experience in Finance/ Audit will be an added advantage. Experience may be relaxed for exceptional candidates.
- Experience in big data handling.
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office Package, especially Advanced Excel.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong organizational, monitoring and work prioritization skills.
- Team player.
