We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for developing sales team , crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.
Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
Meeting planned sales goals.
Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
Coordinating with marketing on lead generation including SEO and digital marketing tools
The ongoing training of your salespeople.
Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.
Promoting the organization and products.
Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partners and clients
Recruit salespeople, set objectives, train and coach, and monitor performance to ensure that assigned tasks and responsibilities are fulfilled
Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop a plan to fill them
Ensure that company quotas and standards are met by holding check-ins with sales team to set objectives for the day and to monitor progress
Manage month-end and year-end close processes
Educational Requirements :
Bachelor degree in any discipline
BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field

Experience Requirements :
At least 4 year(s)
