We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for developing sales team , crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.
- Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
- Meeting planned sales goals.
- Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
- Coordinating with marketing on lead generation including SEO and digital marketing tools
- The ongoing training of your salespeople.
- Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.
- Promoting the organization and products.
- Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
- Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partners and clients
- Recruit salespeople, set objectives, train and coach, and monitor performance to ensure that assigned tasks and responsibilities are fulfilled
- Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop a plan to fill them
- Ensure that company quotas and standards are met by holding check-ins with sales team to set objectives for the day and to monitor progress
- Manage month-end and year-end close processes
Educational Requirements :
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
- Skills Required: Communication
Experience Requirements :
- At least 4 year(s)

Business Development, CRM Software, govt. Sales tender, implementation engineer, Industrial & Production Engineering, Product Marketing, Sales & Marketing
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.), IT Enabled Service, Manufacturing (FMCG), Third Party Auditor (Quality, Health, Environment, Compliance
