Job Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities.
- Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products.
- Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information.
- Develop new product idea according to market demand and gap to compete in the ever-changing market situation.
- Develop comprehensive knowledge about the business and its development practices and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products.
- Expand and develop marketing platforms.
- Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects.
- Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results.
- Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team.
- Determine and manage the marketing budget.
- Deliver marketing activity within agreed budget.
- Report on return on investment and key performance metrics.
- Develop pricing strategy.
- Create marketing presentations.
- Conduct market research, competitor and customer analysis for developing and updating database on crop acreage, market size, market share and strength of the companies are working in each territory.
- Analyze data to identify sales opportunities.
- Develop promotional ideas and material.
- Branding and positioning of strategic products for easy penetration in agri market and ensuring sustainable growth.
- Liaise with GO, NGO, media and advertising agencies.
- Collaborate with the sales function.
- Develop all promotional materials, label design and text, packaging materials for better presentation and promotion.
- Production plan according to sales budget and forecast to available the products in all outlet on time.
Educational Requirements :
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Agriculture,Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
- Skills Required: Handling Distributors or Dealers
Experience Requirements :
- At least 7 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Dealer Sales and Marketing, Sales & Marketing
Additional Requirements :
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Power Point.
- Attention to detail.
