• Develop, supervising the implementation Of the herbal sales function plans, as well as ensuring their compliance with countries existing rules and regulation
• Proposing plans and program that boost the effectiveness of the sales function
• Developing annual plan for sales, resources, expenses and organization to meet sales growth and competitive objectives
• Overseeing sales activities, providing support to sales teams, as well as directing the team's efforts to be line with goals and set targets
• Tracking and monitoring sales and expenses while recommending sales-specific measures and techniques that minimize expenses
• Promoting Herbal product's sales by developing and maintaining long term relationship at all levels with doctors,

• 10-15 years Of experience in sales (Pharmaceutical field), Of which at least (6 years) in a senior position at pharmaceutical company.
• Strong leadership skills
• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
• Ability to interact effectively with field force
• Deep expertise in data analysis and in building successful strategies using data driven analysis that drive business results
• Excellent mentoring coaching and People management skills
• Well cleverest in MS office
