Job Responsibilities :
  • Plan and implement an effective sales drive that ensure monthly sales and revenue target.
  • Sourcing sufficient sales lead generation for conversion into monthly targeted sales.
  • Identify the market opportunities for future sales.
  • Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as deemed necessary by the department.
  • Maintain an effective communication with prospects/customers that ensures company's interest.
  • Build strong relationship with the prospects and customers.
  • Keep update on market intelligence.
  • Prepare sales report as per guideline of the department.
  • Ensure that sales leads/prospects information is maintained accurately in the prospect's database.
  • Keep update on daily activity report according departmental rules.
Educational Requirements :
  • A Level in Sales Marketing Management, Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Sales Marketing Management
  • For Sales & Marketing Executive: Minimum Intermediate or A Level
  • For Business Development Manager: Minimum Level at any Graduate.

  • Age 22 to 35 years

  • What you'll do:
  • Candidates required specially from Sales & Marketing background of Surgical/Medical Devices for a reputed company dealing in surgical disposables.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 or the more year? Experience in sale & marketing of Medical Devices, Surgical Devices Etc. Highly experience is preferred.
  • Additional Experience for BDM: The applicants should have experience in the following area (s)-
  • Exceptional communication and business development management skills.
  • Good knowledge of the sales process, cycle and the health care industry.
  • Should have stress tolerance, formal presentation and team leadership skill and should be proactive.
  • Proven experience for revenue attainment, sales target achievement, and strategic sales planning is essential for this role.
  • Must possess strong organizational skills and the ability to successfully handle multiple priorities.
  • We are looking forward for hard worker, Simple but enthusiastic candidate.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques typically gained through education and / or on the job learning.
  • Understanding of vendor, distributor, hospital supply chain management.
  • Willingness to travel to support conversions for extended periods of time, including overnight travel.
  • The applicants should have idea and experience in the Medical Market research, Sales & Marketing in the field of Medical Items (Surgical, Disposable, Re-agent, Test Device, Lab Machinery)
