Job Responsibilities :
  • Ability to work in field and commanding personality to convince the corporate buyer.
  • Ability to supervise the sales team, counseling and development of team.
  • Ensure monthly sales against target.
  • Ensure promotion of products to buyer and sampling
  • Cash and credit control and update
  • Work order collection and ensure delivery
  • Bill submission and cheque management
  • Knowledge about Govt. VAT and AIT
  • Knowledge about Business Development Plan
  • Identifying sales opportunity, generating leads, setting team target
  • Understanding the client requirements and then customizing the product/ services as per their needs
Educational Requirements :
  • Masters degree in any discipline, Bachelor degree in any discipline
  • Candidates from Science background is preferred.
Experience Requirements :
  • 1 to 2 year(s)
Additional Requirements :
  • Age 23 to 28 years
  • Both males and females are allowed to apply
  • Candidates have experience in Sales and Distribution specially in Pharmaceuticals market are highly preferred,
Compensation & Other Benefits :
  • T/A, Mobile bill
  • Salary Review: Yearly
  • Festival Bonus: 2
