Prepare the monthly materials requirement status & co-ordination with the purchase department to ensure the quality of the construction materials.
Prepare sub-contractors bill as physical work quantity.
Ensure the quality and quantity for all types of structural and finishing materials.
Prepare progress report and work program of the project.
Estimations, Prepare BOQ, Analysis of rate & Quantities.

Educational Requirements :
Minimum B.SC in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Technology background from any reputed University.
04year(s) working experience for B. SC in Civil Engineering background. or
08 year(s) working experience for Diploma in Civil Technology background.

Special Requirements: Prepare MES (Military Engineer Services) related all works i.e. Estimate, Bill, Variation, Amendment, Agreed rate, Rate analysis etc.
