- Managing optical transmission network to ensure network availability & to improve the quality of the network.
- Preparing and maintaining procedures and documentation for network inventory and recording diagnosis and resolution of network faults.
- Communicating effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative technical solutions
- Infrastructure inventory management.
- Updating infrastructure database.
- Preparing and planning for new Fiber/Radio coverage zone & POP.
- Analyzing team members' work reports & take action on it to upgrade their performance.
- Coordinate with NTTN.
- Fiber/radio link site survey, Installation & Troubleshoot work.
Educational Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or Telecommunication preferred or equivalent working experience
Experience Requirements :
Additional Requirements :
- Should be experienced in the following areas (s): Technical support & ISP relevant fields, FTTx network hand on experience.
- Able to work in a stressful environment maintaining calm;
- Problem Analysis and Problem-Solving;
