Good Knowledge about Visa processing, Worldwide Hotel reservations, and International Correspondence.
Payment collections.
Run the Agency adhering to IATA regulations
Keep updated knowledge of Airline's offers,
Keep up-to-date information about airline rules & policies and ADM policies.
Educational Requirements :
Bachelors/ Masters in any discipline.
Diploma in Tourism & Hospitality Management.
Certificate Course on Ticketing & Reservation through GDS
Experience Requirements :
At least 10 year(s)
Additional Requirements :
Excellent knowledge in Airline Reservation - Booking of airlines through Amadeus, Galileo & Saber GDS/VRS system, preparation of Itineraries, refund, reissue, fare calculation, license renewal of IATA, ATAB, Civil Aviation etc.
Excellent knowledge of IATA payment processes.
Experience in web-based airline reservation systems.
Ability to run a Travel Agency Individually
Good command of email correspondence and writing/speaking in English.
