The post of Senior Executive – HR & Admin is primarily concerned with management, providing advice, guidance, and leadership across the company on all aspects of the key risk areas of Human Resources. The Senior Executive will be expected to lead the strategic development across the range of Human Resource areas and be required to ensure that HR policies and procedures are legally compliant and implemented. He / She will also be responsible for managing the overall admin related activities of the company. In the future, with the expansion of Star Group, He / She will also be responsible for the overall HR & Admin activities of other companies of Star Group
Providing dynamic and effective leadership in day-to-day management of the department and operational activities including the effective, efficient, and economic deployment of Tangible, Financial, and Human resources
Managing overall office administration and providing any kinds of office related services in order to function the office properly
The implementation and maintenance of quality assurance protocols and standards in relation to HR policies and guidelines set
Take on an active role to formulate office orders on instructions and processes in compliance with company policies
Leadership in the development and implementation of the organization's HR Strategy as a key enabler of the organization's strategic plan
Providing leadership and guidance on issues relating to the equality / diversity agenda, and champion the company's commitment to equality and diversity
Taking a lead role in the preparation of documentation for formal disciplinary and grievance matters; Formulate complied procedures for these
Advise management on crucial employee relations matters and grievances redressal
Overseeing the future development of the integrated HR / Pay scale and Pay roll systems
Managing Personnel of HR Department: Task setting, Reporting Standards, General Flow.
Organize a mentorship scheme within the HR unit and provide support for such developments across the company
Continually update people management skills in order to comply with employment legislation and to comply with human rights, equality and diversity and data protection legislation
Conduct Job Mapping and forecasts for future needs and requirements of HR in the company.
Educational Requirements :
Bachelor / Masters in any discipline, preference will be given to candidates having BBA / MBA in HRM or equivalent degree from renowned University
PGD in HRM from any reputed institution will be an added advantage
Familiarity with ERP and HR related software are essential. Diploma or training on MIS is an added advantage

Able to work extended hours on occasions when required
Fluent in English and Bangla
Dynamic, self-motivated, and excellent in interpersonal skill
