We are looking for an experienced candidate with managerial capability, who will be responsible for 360 degree HR and administrative task of the organization.
- Develop and implement strategic policy & procedures in aspect of admin and HR issues
- Manage recruitment, selection, induction , and separation of employees
- Arrange necessary training and development programs to enhance the skill level of employees
- Supervise attendance, leave, compensation and benefits
- Resolve disciplinary issues, employee’s grievance and stress in an effective manner to ensure healthy working environment
- Develop and implement KPI based performance management system to evaluate employee's performance and productivity
- Develop and implement reward management system to boost employee's performance and productivity
- Ensure proper SOP for all routine operations
- Develop and maintain an efficient documentation and filing system for both paper and electronic records
- Manage inbound and outbound business correspondences
- Manage other regular admin & HR related tasks
- Comply with additional tasks as assigned by management
Educational Requirements :
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
- PGD (HRM) will be an added advantage
- University of Dhaka,North South University,East West University,Jahangirnagar University,BRAC University students will get preference
- Skills Required: Administrative Management, HR Operations, HR Policy, HRD, HRIS/ HR Database Management, payroll management
Experience Requirements :
- 3 to 5 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
HR Operations, HR Policy, HRIS, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote
