The Senior Executive – HR Operations is accountable for executing and supporting in the End-to-End HR Operations function such as employee inquiries, new hire updates, confirmation, promotions, exit process, database updates etc. The incumbent will be responsible for smooth service delivery and alignment of HR operational standards for all employees across the organization.

Job Responsibilities :
  • Handle a wide range of HR queries such as employee relations, absence management, performance, benefits etc.
  • Create, update, and maintain employee files (physical & digital) with respect to any changes in the employee employment history e.g., transfer, appraisal, department change or another transactional letter.
  • Execute the formation, modification, and implementation of HR policies with the guidance of the HR Operations Head.
  • Execute communication, interpretation, and upkeep of employee service book.
  • Execute the confirmation process and ensure on time completion of confirmation process and issuance of letters.
  • Update the work structure by updating organogram, job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
  • Support in preparation of various HR Reports and Analytics.
  • Support in expatriate services such as permanent/short-term VISA process, Air Ticketing, Invitation Letter issuance and work permit arrangements
  • Ensure the opening of Bank Accounts, issuing ID Cards, business cards and ensure other support to newly joined employees
  • Prepare and maintain proper recordkeeping of various letters such as Experience Certificate, Salary Certificate, Letter of Introduction, and other personnel documents
  • Assist in the implementation of the performance review and development processes
  • Work closely with line manager and employees to address all types of employee related issues, fairly representing all interests
Educational Requirements :
  • Graduate in Human Resource Management or relevant degree from a reputed university
Experience Requirements :
  • At least 5 year(s)
Additional Requirements :
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant work experience in the HR Operations department in similar role will get preference
  • Having prior RMG industry experience will be an added advantage
  • Should have adept understanding of Labor Law and employment regulations
  • Capacity to apply discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information
  • High level of customer service and mediating skills
  • Ability to develop and manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • Should be well-groomed, smart, and energetic
  • Strong presentation and delivery skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, aiming for perfection
  • Excellent written and verbal communication both in Bangla and English
  • IT proficiency - advance level skill is a MUST in MS Office package (Especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Should be proactive and dynamic, ability to work hard efficiently
  • Ability to multitask and remain organized, meet deadlines
