The position is responsible to support Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development strategy and execute day to day operational activities.
- Assist in developing talent acquisition strategy and roadmap in support of overall business strategy.
- Execute approved manpower plan in monthly/periodic manner in collaboration with hiring managers.
- Ensure selection of right candidates with right competencies as per agreed TAT following existing policy of the company.
- Assist in employer branding through different initiatives to attract potential candidates.
- Support a culture of continuous learning opportunities for employees considering organizational values, business needs and future trend.
- Assist in identification of training needs, implement and evaluate. Design & implement annual training plan, induction training, leadership development programs and training of any sort for development of employees.
- Assist in talent identification and talent development processes in discussion with line Managers and performance improvement plan for non-performers.
Educational Requirements :
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Minimum BBA/ Bachelor's degree, preferably with major in HR from a reputed university
Experience Requirements :
- At least 2 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Learning and Development, Recruitment & Selection, Talent Management, Volume Recruitment
