We are a start-up Fast Food Chain franchise brought from South Africa. For our new Fast Food Outlet operation in Bangladesh, we are looking for competent candidates for this position.
- Develop & update manpower planning
- Responsible for preparing and updating the job description for employees
- Develop and execute survey system of satisfaction level of employees
- Prepare & update organogram and manpower setup
- Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
- Oversee daily operations of the HR department
- Manage employees' grievances
- Design compensation and benefits packages
- Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues
- Supervising administrative staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure performance
- Overseeing office relevant all Administrative works
Educational Requirements :
- MBA/ Masters in HRM from any reputed University.
- PGDHRM will get more preference.
