After receiving required batch plan; prepare fabric delivery plan and schedules with the authorized person of dyeing production.
Follow-up batch to batch production according to delivery plan and schedules in CPB & AOP.
Discuss every problematic issue with the department head and solve finished fabrics problems (if any) and ensure delivery of fabrics on time.
Report batch & delivery status.
Report floor WIP and last batch stop status.
To check batch to batch additional fabric requirement with ERP.
Update status of fabric utilization.
Prepare daily summary status of knitting, dyeing, cutting, sewing, shipment etc.
Report to the Head of MPC Department in all respect directly.
Any other duties as assigned by the head of the department from time to time.
Educational Requirements :
BSc. in Textile Engineering.
Experience Requirements :
At least 5 year(s)
Additional Requirements :
Age at least 30 years
05 years as Executive/Sr. Executive or above under Planning Department in any established Knit Composite Textile/Garments Industries.
