Job Responsibilities :
Clarification of bid conditions and management of the tender preparation.
Monitoring of the bid management in order to ensure it is aligned with the organization's requirements
Contribution in cost and price calculations
Coordination of tender reviews and deadlines and adjust them to the frameworks given by the customers
Monitors the tender submission process for formatting, completeness, consistency, and compliance
Assists in the management of data related to the tendering process
Liaises with Buyers, Procurement/Market Analysts, and Transaction Procurement Specialists to provide contractual and compliance advice
Ensures the completeness and accuracy of contracts, including monitoring all related liabilities and third-party contracts
Stays abreast of and communicates any changes in contractual requirements
Educational Requirements :
Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
Experience Requirements :
3 to 4 year(s)
Additional Requirements :
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Tender, E-gp, Estimate. Govt. Work
Practical experience in a similar position advantageous.
Strong time-management and organizational skills.
Ability to coordinate several tasks at the same time.
Well-developed negotiation skills.
