- EkkBaz is looking for a Senior Group Finance Manager to be based in Moghbazar to join the team. He/She will be a pillar on the team focus on corporate finance reporting, PnL, audit, tax, ensuring that necessary compliances and checks are maintained, and ensure maximum organisational growth and profitability.
- Ensure that the transactions are processed with all necessary supporting documents in compliance with company policies and procedures, Income Tax and VAT rules & regulations as per the prevailing policy of the National Board of Revenue (NBR).
- Develops specific financial reports.
- Develops cost cutting measures and enhance sales pricing for maximum profitability.
- Prepare gross margin analysis by products/suppliers.
- Prepare pricing structures for maximum profitability.
- Conduct the daily/weekly/monthly reconciliation with Bank Ledger.
- Preparation of Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly financial reports.
- Preparation of cash flows forecasting.
- Preparation of financial forecasting and valuations using DCF etc
- Preparation of metrics such as CAC, CLV etc
Educational Requirements :
- M.Com / MBA with CA - CC or CA (Part -1)
- Skills:
- Strong analytical skills, independent working ability to perform all the relevant duties.
- Keen eye for details and ensure company financial health.
- Experienced in preparation of Financial Statement and Reports.
- Must have experience in accounting software
- Excellent Computer Skill (MSWord, MS Excel& MS Power Point, Microsoft outlook etc.)

- The successful candidates must have:
- Knowledge on finance and NBR administrative policy.
- The applicants should have experience in Distribution business PnL and costing.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and work independently.
- Age 28 to 38 years.
