The role will be responsible for in time document processing and submission to Bank for all kinds of Import and follow up on time shipment of by supplier.

- Prepare lC Application & Submission to bak.
- Deal with all kinds of L/C Related matter, Banking function and documentations.
- Deal with Bill of lading, C&F issues, and to communicate with different suppliers.
- Closely follow up all commercial process execute in timely and cost effectively.
- Follow up and maintain commercial reports related to Import/Export activities and inform management as required.
- Ability to multi task and remain organized, meet deadlines as per planning.
- Follow-up with suppliers for submission documents timely & forwarder if applicable.
- Will be responsible for all import and export related activities.
- Maintaining customs process for goods clearing and transportation against Import & Export
- Any commercial related task given by the management.
- Recording all transaction related with the role in Oracle ERP.
- Other for working relations as necessary.

Additional Requirements :
- Age at most 30 years
- 3 Years job experience is required preferably in RMG sector.
- Sound knowledge in computer operation;
- Excellent verbal and non verbal communication skill to coordinate with Bank and Suppliers.
- Basic Knowledge regarding import and export related commercial laws/practices.
- Having social and self-management skill and highly adaptable to work in a team.
