Helping clients in articulating their needs, issues and risks and providing clear recommendations leveraging your in-depth equity and debt products;
Project revenue, costs, and cash flows that take into account the industry, economic variables, and the firm's competitive position;
Create a valuation model for the company that includes discounted cash flows and DCF multiples and develop a detailed financial model for the company;
Assist C-level executives in creating investment theses and communicating investment value propositions to prospective investors;
Leading transaction execution for both foreign currency & local currency; including preparation of bank presentations, pitch book, information memorandums, creditworthiness analysis, financial modelling, and legal documentation;
Educational Requirements :
BBA in Finance/Banking/ Masters of Economics from the reputed university
Experience Requirements :
At least 2 year(s)
Additional Requirements :
Age 25 to 32 years
Minimum 2 years (s) experience in the relevant field of Banks & Financial, Structured Finance/ Syndication, Investment Banking
Experience in the Corporate Finance department in reputed Bank/FIs/Group of company will get preference
Team Player, strong communication skills both in English and Bangla;
Strong Business Development and customer relationship management skills;
