- Contributing to implement a service oriented corporate administration in the group;
- Aligning administrative functions and resources with the annual business plan of the company;
- To ensure that security personnel, equipment and operations along the group is effective enough to protect physical assets of the company;
- Creating a culture of maintaining working relationship with all related stakeholders in the government and non - government sector;
- Leading the day today administrative functions of corporate administration department by delegating tasks and responsibilities to administrative stuff;
- Leading a team of executives and support staffs of Ninakabbo, the corporate office building of Epyllion Group;
- Creating and leading an emergency response team that contributes in business continuation by acting timely and effectively to emergency situations;
- Negotiating and executing contracts with vendors and landowners;
- Developing and executing administrative policies in the group;
- Assisting in formulating annual administrative budget and controlling that by identifying different cost heads.
Educational Requirements :
- BBA/MBA from any reputed University.
- Skills Required: Administrative Management
Experience Requirements :
- At least 8 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Administration, General Administration, Policy Development, Security Management
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
