Must have working knowledge & experience in Garments Factory.
Develop and implement proper manpower planning.
Organizing and Maintaining Personal Files of all employees and verifying all documents in relation to joining employees.
Ensure the process of the monthly HR payroll documentation on a timely basis.
Coordinate new joining employees and facilitate employee separation with the final settlement.
Monitor leave, attendance, yearly increment, salary adjustment and individual salary statement etc.
Manage, train and mentor the HR team to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the HR department.
Create a detailed plan to build capacity for every HR staff, including performance objectives, recruitment and commitment to development.
Should have sound knowledge and excellent track record to execute overall factory operations and Admin, HR & Compliance activities.
Supervise and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff relating to employee welfare.
Supervise and manage employee relation affairs, including staff discipline, grievances and other related activities.
Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals and absenteeism rates etc.
To follow up and ensure proper Housekeeping, Fire, Health & Safety of the office premises.
To handle Disciplinary Action, Grievance, and employee relation issues.
To communicate with BTMA, BGMEA, Compliance Auditors, Fire & Civil defense Department, Labor Office, Labor Court, Police Station, Local Influences and Labor Federation etc.
To perform any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.
Educational Requirements :
Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM from a reputed Public/Private University
Preferred Professional Certification: Having PGDHRM will get extra preference.
