- Plan and implement recruitment process (Trainee Officer to Manager) to attract the right talent for the positions providing the right benefits to support SBU's and Corporate functions
- Execute and coordinate recruitment of Non Management employees throughout the organization
- Assist in preparing the strategy for Talent Acquisition based on the need of SBUs and corporate functions of KFG
- Screen CVs based on selected criteria mentioned in job description, advertisement and communicate with relevant department for their feedback for short listing the candidates
- Design and develop assessment and written test for the management positions
- Arrange, coordinate and conduct the interview session for the shortlisted candidates
- Ensure proper background and documentation check for selected candidates
- Communicate and negotiate with the potential candidate regarding compensation and benefits
Educational Requirements :
- BBA/MBA in HRM from reputed university
Experience Requirements :

- Must have experience in interviewing and resource management
- Good leadership skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Must have sufficient knowledge on computer applications (MS excel, word)
- Ability to work under pressure and work under strict deadlines
