BJIT Limited is looking for creative and passionate UI/UX designer.
- Develop UI/UX solutions using a user-centered design.
- Conduct research, User flows, architecture, Visual design based on requirements.
- Collaborate with the Project Managers, Software engineers, Stakeholders, QA Team, the Marketing team for design and decision-related meetings.
- Develop user flows, and site maps to demonstrate design ideas.
- Create final UI screens for several resolutions (whenever required).
- Creative content development for Marketing and Advertising Campaigns such as social media posts, banners, blog images, info graphics, etc.
- Generate wire frames, interface, and iterate on them as per project requirements.
- Propose ideas by following standard design principles, pattern, typography, design trends, etc.
- Need to communicate with clients and convert requirements into UI design and prototyping.
- Need to communicate with development team to explain the design.
- Keep up to date knowledge on design trends, technology, tools & resources.
Educational Requirements :
- Graduated in CSE or diploma in Arts & Design or relevant subject.
Experience Requirements :
- Graduated in CSE or diploma in Arts & Design or relevant subject.
Additional Requirements :
- Age at least 25 years
- Both males and females are allowed to apply
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, Adobe XD, Principle, Sketch.
- Strong experience in Website, Web Application Design. Also,need expertise knowledge of iOS and Android mobile application design.
- Knowledge of building and maintaining a Design System and deliver design assets to developers.
- Eager to learn independently with no/minimum supervision.
- Pro-active, self-motivated and eager to work in challenging environment.

- Excellent communication skill in English.
