- Monitoring and supervising all store related activities of 100% export oriented garment;
- Responsible for stocking of all sensitive and non-sensitive items in a neat and clean as well as orderly manner;
- Planning, organizing, directing and controlling the items of store properly;
- Checking physical inventory with ERP Software regularly;
- Informing the reporting officer of any irregularities in stock maintenance;
- Organizing and controlling the flow of materials;
- Ensuring every product must be issued against individual requisitions with proper approval;
- Ensuring that all spare parts are numbered before issuing;
- Maintain of ERP software for maintenance of inventory;
- Receive a copy of all purchase orders issued by procurement with sample where applicable;
- Receive all goods from vendors and physically check quantity and quality as per Purchase Order;
- Maintaining records and reports of all documents in a proper way;
- Responsible for keeping the warehouse clean and tidy at all times;
- Must have the capability of handle large volume;
- Must be dynamic and proactive;
- Any other task assigned by the Management.
Educational Requirements :
- Bachelor/ Masters in any subject from any reputed university.
