Coordinate and communicate among all parties involved in the field service activities.
Arrange the pre-maintenance meeting as well as follow up site inspections/activities.
Arrange, review and compile all the necessary documents and work instructions for the field service staff to complete planned activities safely, including Risk assessments and HSE assessments.
Evaluate subcontractor’s quotation and select qualified subcontractors for field service works in collusion with the field service pool and Workshop Supervisor.
Arrange for the necessary consumables, tooling, lifting and other needed equipment in coordination with Workshop Supervisor.
Arrange and perform the briefing and the de-briefing meetings with the delegated field service personnel.
Provide administrative supports to field service personnel during their site assignments.
Ensure safety and quality standards are maintained at all times.
Ensure all works done in the field are clearly reported and documented.
Analyze complex situations and make meaningful decisions in a quick and sound manner even with incomplete information.
Detect problems at an early stage, assess the problems and find viable solutions.
Complete Quality documentation and Field Service Quality documentation as required by the MAN ES quality systems and job instructions.
Cost control and financial analysis of each field service job/project.
Prepare daily, weekly or monthly standard reports as well as provide any information, data or report based on business requirements.
Coordinate to ensure purchase requirements of service department are met in time.
Follow up of eAcademy/eLearning courses and other required trainings are completed by field service personnel in time and report these activities.
Keep eLibrary up to date and ensure its secured connectivity.
Monitor time and attendance, absenteeism for all service staff with Workshop Supervisor.
Coordinate in the annual evaluation, appraisal, training/development etc. processes of service department.
Coordinate to implement, administer and improve/develop applicable policies and procedures, assure conduct of all established policies and procedures.
Educational Requirements :
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical Engineering, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in IT
Experience Requirements :
At least 3 year(s)
