Job Responsibilities :
  • In charge of overall operation and marketing of a Premium sales center of Citizen Cables at Dhaka city.
  • Regular market survey and maintain constant connectivity with clients.
  • Responsible for proper delivery of cables and meters to the clients against order on cash payment or against confirmed cheque.
  • Receive finished goods from central godown on-demand, with work order and payment from the party.
  • Submit demand note to Logistics department after duty approval from the authority.
  • Prepare & handle related documents such as Work order, Delivery challan, Money receipt, Quotation, Sales with cash memo etc.
  • Must have expert knowledge of proper data entry. Collect and maintain data in Excel spreadsheet format, of the following:-
  • Cashbook ledger.
  • Stock report.
  • Out purchase Voucher.
  • Other Potential Data entry.
  • Responsible for purchasing and maintaining proper documents for auditing purpose / records.
  • Submit daily / Weekly/Monthly reports of sales, collection outstanding to the accounts department.
  • Any other jobs assigned by MD.
  • You will report for duty to MD.
  • Must-Have knowledge of electrical items, electrical goods/ products all kinds of cables and electric meters
Educational Requirements :
  • Minimum graduate: Diploma in Engineering (Elect./ Mech.), BBA, BA Hon’s in any field.
Experience Requirements :
  • At least 5 year(s)
Additional Requirements :
  • Minimum 05 years of experience from a reputed company
  • Computer proficiency
  • Excellence in communication skills, both verbal and written (Bengal & English).
  • Must be proficient in all aspects that are required for this Job Post.
