Azad Rifat Fibres (Pvt.) Ltd. is a leading company in the 100% Export Orient Textile industry. We are urgently hiring a Civil engineer for our projects Interior Work.
Specially look after high class residential building interior work.
Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project.
Review the project plans and specifications and comment on possible cost saving measures and potential construction problems.
Assist estimator in preparation of project budget.
Have confidence in own ability to intelligently communicate with design team/client/Department as well as effectively lead the trades.
Monitor and maintain the project construction schedule on a weekly basis.
Raise and discuss relevant issues at the job site meetings. Prepare & issue minutes of all site meetings.
Inform the Consultant/Client of an errors, discrepancies or omissions contained within the Consultant's design drawings.
Maintain and enforce good construction standards and quality control.
Control and monitor labor, material and equipment expenses.
Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports.
Ensure that "as...built" drawings are prepared on an ongoing basis by all trades during the construction period and issue final close...outs to consultant/owner accordingly.
Ensure daily work target & achievement.
Ability to hard working.
Educational Requirements :
Diploma in Civil or (Only Govt. Poly Technic Institute).
B.Sc. in Civil Engineering will be prepared.(Any UGC Approved University).
Experience Requirements :
At least 5 year(s)

Proven experience in Interior project or Interior farm.
Good knowledge of MS Office and CAD software.
Must have strong Communication & Management Skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and Provide support to other team members.
Should have good knowledge in drawing & design.
Experience in Intermediate materials inventory on the running projects.
