HR Contact: Md. Fazlul Kader Reporting Line: Site Administration & Safety Lead
ROLE PROFILE:
The person will be responsible for smooth functioning of the HR Office, enforcement of policies and procedures and coordination of various HR activities.
Facilitate the performance of key HR functions including pre-boarding, onboarding, time & attendance and offboarding of employees
Documentation of new joiners as per internal and statutory requirements
Conduct HR induction and orientation for new joiners
Conduct or acquire background checks and employee eligibility verification
Prepare & issue Appointment, Confirmation, Promotion & other letters to employees as applicable
Time keeping and attendance management
Employee database management
Respond to basic inquiries about HR matters and processes
Identify and escalate problems related to HR transactions
Process the full & final settlement of exited employees by providing inputs to Payroll team
Ensure all exit formalities are completed by all concerned parties as per the laid down process
Handle queries pertaining to verification of ex-employees
Support with audits and quality reviews to ensure data accuracy at all times, creating a Right First Time
culture and adherence to policy, procedures, SLAs and KPIs.
Prepare, update & periodically publish HR MIS Reports to facilitate effective decision making.
Complies with the highest level of safety during all stages of work to avoid any type of incidents or accidents. Take reasonable care of your health and safety and that of others in the workplace.
Perform any other works as assigned by the Management.
Educational Requirements :
Minimum Graduation in Public Administration from Government University (DU/CU/JU/RU/KU) or
BBA in Management from Government University (DU/CU/JU/RU/KU) or
LLB from Government University (DU/CU/JU/RU/KU)
Experience Requirements :
3 to 5 year(s)

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
3 to 5 years (s) of total experience with 1 years in a similar role
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Administration, HR Operation, Human Resource Management, Bangladesh Labour Law & Rules.

PREFERRED SKILLS:
Skills Required: Communication, Conflict management, facility management, Negotiation Skills, Problem solving and decision making, Team management
Computer skills e.g., MS Office are essential. Expert knowledge in excel and PowerPoint
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Age 28 to 32 years
