    We are looking for a Development Manager who can help organise and instruct the teams who are working on multiple projects using a sprint planning process. The role is fast moving with priorities that often change as new projects and issues come up. You will be able to move quickly and maintain a level of organisation and development planning.

Job Responsibilities :
  • Analyse and help scope development projects across our multiple systems and programming languages and for multiple projects running at any one time.
  • Assist in assigning development tasks within the team to ready them for the future sprints.
  • Hold meetings with other departments to cover project requirements and expectations
  • Write up tickets for projects and epics into Jira for other developers to pick up and work on
  • Communicate and organize with team members to achieve project goals and standards
  • Hold development standups to get the latest information from developers about their tasks
  • Assist in sprint planning and information gathering for development tickets
  • Assist in providing rough estimates for development work
  • Assist in recruiting new developers into the team
  • Provide documentation for new features developed within the team
Educational Requirements :
  • B.Sc or M.Sc in Computer Science or related subject from reputed university.
Experience Requirements :
  • At least 5 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Project Management, Software Development
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): E-commerce, Software Company
Additional Requirements :
  • Age 25 to 40 years
  • Both males and females are allowed to apply
  • Experience managing small-medium size teams and projects
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior management and other departments
  • Strong understanding of business goals and standards for customer service
  • Strong understanding programming languages like Python and PHP
  • Knowledge of Magento 2 in general will be advantageous
  • Knowledge and experience using applications such as Jira, Bitbucket and other development tools
  • Knowledge and experience with databases and SQL advantageous
  • Knowledge of infrastructure and infrastructure architecture advantageous
