  • Key Job Post Point: Robotics, 3D Modeling, 3D Printing, Software Programming, Unmanned Ariel Vehicle (UAV), Engineering Teaching, Training of Trainers, Curriculum Development, Technical Project Development, Child and Youth Development.
  • Location: Positions based in Dhaka. Flexible location / combination of home and office based work. Teaching on-site or in schools / universities. One month foreign training in Armenia required and will be sponsored by the company.

  • Job Type / Time Commitment: Full time / Part time [flexible timing / opportunity to choose own timing and to work on weekends if preferred]. Minimum per class teaching commitment 6 hours / week [2-3 hours per session, 2-3 sessions a week] plus time required for preparations and follow-ups.

Job Responsibilities :
  • Teach students (age 9 to 18) on below modules:
  • Module 1: Software Programming (Scratch, Kria (K-turtle), Python, C/C++).
  • Module 2: Robotics (develop projects with basic and advanced Robotics Kits which include Arduino, Raspberry Pi, Sensors, Circuitry, etc.).
  • Module 3: 3D Printing (3D Modelling with CAD platforms, CNC and Laser cutting, 3D Printing).
  • Module 4: Unmanned Ariel Vehicle (UAV) / Drone (software simulation, hardware assembly, maintenance, operational drone development).
  • Develop and update curriculum for various modules as required.
  • Develop technical projects for demonstration and local / international competitions.
  • Manage intraschool, interschool and national level competitions.
  • Make presentations on curriculum and training methodology to schools, universities, donor partners and interested parents and students.
Educational Requirements :
  • Diploma in EEE/APE, CSE, Robotics & Mechatronics, ICT, IPE, or any relevant subject. Final year current M.Sc. Students and fresh B.Sc., B.Eng., Diploma graduates from universities and polytechnic institutes welcome to apply.

Additional Requirements :
  • Previous work experience is not required. Demonstrated project work in mentioned subjects is required and should be included in CV / Resume with candidate's role in the project (e.g., lead, subject expert, logistics / coordination support, etc.). Previous teaching experience (including private tuition, teaching part time in schools, etc.) preferred (but not mandatory) and should be included in CV / Resume if available.
  • Required Skills:
  • Technical Skills
  • It is NOT Mandatory to be an expert in all the above subjects but candidates demonstrating competencies or solid understanding on most of the subjects will have a higher likelihood of succeeding for the positions.
  • Software knowledge: Scratch, Kria/ k-turtle, Python, C/C++, 3D modeling platforms (e.g., 3D CAD, FreeCAD AutoCAD, OpenScad, etc.).
  • Hardware knowledge: Robotics (including Arduino, Raspberry Pi, Sensors, Circuitry, etc.), 3D Printing, CNC machines, Laser machines, UAV/ Drones.
  • Ability to build software projects (e.g., games, applications, animations).
  • Ability to build robotics and UAV projects.
  • Ability to build 3D Models and 3D Objects with 3D Printers, CNC machines and Laser machines.
  • B. Pedagogical (Teaching) Skills
  • Teaching students of age 9 to 18 on robotics, 3D modeling / 3D printing, software programming and UAV.
  • Ability to manage 20 students in a particular class.
  • Ability to teach curriculum based on practical project work and minimal theoretical sessions.
  • Develop and update curriculum for the four modules: Software Programming, Robotics, 3D Printing, Unmanned Ariel Vehicles (UAVs).
  • Ability to conduct Training of Trainer (TOT) sessions.
