Job Responsibilities :
  • Architectural planning & preparing preliminary architectural drawing.
  • Calculation of FAR, MGC, Seatback.
  • Preparing sheet for RAJUK / Other Authorities.
  • Clear concept on Interior & Exterior drawing & design;
  • To assist the team to prepare other designs like residential and commercial building assigned to the company.
  • Prepare detail working drawings of interior & exterior design of different type of buildings
  • 3D visualization of Residential & Commercial Building.
  • Delivering drawings as per work schedule
  • Site monitoring & supervision of architectural works as per design
  • Meeting with client
  • Any other architectural design related duties assigned by Management.
Educational Requirements :
  • Bachelor of Architecture
  • IAB Membership
Experience Requirements :
  • At least 5 year(s)
Additional Requirements :
  • Age at least 30 years
  • Both males and females are allowed to apply
  • Clear Knowledge about FAR, BNBC and other related rules and regulations & calculations of RAJUK
  • RAJUK & IAB membership is mandatory
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment
  • In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current issues
  • Team work with Architect/ Civil and assigned co-worker, Maintain the Co-relation between Architectural and Engineering team.
  • Candidates with B.Arch. from BUET or AUST, BRAC, NSU, UAP and other reputed universities will be given preference
  • Candidates with previous experience in real estate or reputed organizations will be given preference
  • The Candidate must have minimum 5 years or above of Job Experience from Architectural Background
  • Should be smart, proactive & dedicated.
Compensation & Other Benefits :
  • Salary Review : Yearly
  • Festival Bonus : 2 times in a calendar year
