- Ensure accurate accounting records in accounting, generating final print out of full set of accounts, signing & filing.
- Dealings with Clint's.
- Receiving and sorting of bills/requisition.
- Assist to concern manager to prepare monthly and quarterly financial report.
- Maintaining Petty Cash, Disbursement of cash, Issuing cheque to local parties.
- Making entries in computer vendor's bills and petty cash bills. Handle accounts payable and receivable.
- Maintaining liaison with banks, Check invoices for inaccuracies.
- Reconcile accounts with the general ledger.
- Maintain Hard copy & Soft copy of all accounting documents.
- Must have good knowledge in Microsoft Word & Excel.
- Must have knowledge in E-Mail management system (E-Mail send, receive, check, forward etc).
Educational Requirements :
- Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting or management
- National University students will get preference
- Skills Required: MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote
Experience Requirements :
- 4 to 5 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounts
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Advertising Ageny, Design/Printing/Publishing, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Inventory/Warehouse
Additional Requirements :
- Age 30 to 40 years
- Both males and females are allowed to apply
- Work experience in Accounts Department in any Business organization is preferable.
- Willingness to work in a team proactively and individually.
- Excellent communication skill both Bangla and English.
