Red Bricks Property Solution is looking for a young, energetic, target-oriented, self-motivated and proactive person who has at least 5-7 years experience (Accounts & Finance Department) in any Group of Company.
Experiences in the Real Estate/ Development industries are highly preferable.
Maintain all aspects of the Finance & Accounting functions of the company.
Preparation of payment vouchers with ensuring deduction of Taxes & issuing VAT Coupon (if applicable);

Establish and ensure efficient operation of a robust Internal Control system in the company.
Implement accounting systems and processes
Accounting principles and corporate guidelines to ensure sufficient cash flow, reduced operating costs, increased revenues & eventually increased profit.
Develop and implement the company's financial goals.
Prepared monthly operating reports for accuracy, completeness and major variances between actual and budget results.
Prepare monthly and quarterly project Financial Reports with the help of Assist. Coordinator (Finance & Accounts) and respective units Account Managers as per prescribed timeline;
Ensure credibility of Finance group by providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial trends and forecasts.
Collaborate with staff on income tax preparation and planning
Ensure that record keeping meets the requirements of auditors and all regulatory authorities.
Maintain relations with external auditors and resolve/implement their findings and recommendations.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior executives so as to identify their needs and seek a full range of business solutions.
Must have good knowledge of VAT and Taxation.
Develop and implement Tax planning/VAT strategy to avoid regulatory risk and time to time update & provide guidance to management of the company.
Accountable for the overall management of finance, audit and accounting activities.
Develop documents, implement and maintain internal and external accounting information.
Monitor the Tax & VAT-related matters and maintain liaison with Tax & VAT authorities for settlement of related issues and also ensure compliance with laws. Act as an adviser to management in taking decisions on Bank, Tax, and Regulatory matters.
Preparing financial statements for a specific period of time or as desired by Management.
Educational Requirements :
Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounts and Finance
Any Reputed University
Experience Requirements :
At least 5 year(s)
