Job Responsibilities :
  • To recommend sound policy for establishing the ideal system.
  • Checks all kinds of bills and vouchers of the various sister concern of the group.
  • Physical verification of inventory and fixed assets of the company and report to the management.
  • To check inventory and physical verification of stock and store on a regular basis (yarn, grey fabric, finished fabrics, finished production, general store).
  • Physical market verification to ensure the market price of locally purchased items where required and any significant deviation must be reported to the management.
  • Findings production problems, and abnormal loss and submit report accordingly.
  • To check procurement system as per company policy and purchase order according to BOM/SPR.
  • LC documents report on audit findings.
  • To check exports and imports against all freight bills.
  • Check all kinds of financial salary, and vouchers for pre and post-payment.
  • Monitor wastage and leftover sales physically.
  • Visit the projects as per the requirement of management.
  • Carry out investigation against the short shipment, air shipment, and inventory management
  • Assisting in developing an annual audit plan using an appropriate risk-based methodology including any risk or control identified by management through the business risk management process.
  • Conducting reviews of assigned organizational and functional activities and evaluating the adequacy and effectiveness of the controls over those activities.
  • Preparation of Audit Findings report, Discussion with Top management, and making recommendations to rectify unsatisfactory conditions, improve operations, and reduce cost.
  • Monitoring all types of Yarn, knitting, dyeing, finished fabric, print, embroidery, and washing-related applications to check and verify with the challan, PI, invoice, Requisition and bill voucher, advance and return adjustment.
  • Having Sound Knowledge of the Cost of Production in the Textile Industry & Final price setting of finished goods will be counted as an additional advantage.
  • Any other task assigned by the management
Educational Requirements :
  • Master of Business Management (MBM) in Finance Accounting
  • C.A. (C.C.)
  • Skills Required: Communication, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote, Reports Writing
Experience Requirements :
  • At least 3 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Germents and Textile
Additional Requirements :
  • Age at least 25 years
  • Only males are allowed to apply
  • The ideal candidate should have excellent leadership quality
  • Adaptable, pro-active, innovative and must be able to work under pressure independently
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Should have excellent people management skills
  • Should have the ability to correspond accurately
  • Should have sound knowledge of Computer (Microsoft Office)
