Job Responsibilities :
  • Selling company products.
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
  • Identify, research and develop new clients in the local market.
  • Follow up and resolve any Corporate Sales client complaints with operational deprtments.
  • Work with the Sales Coordinator to process all contracts in a timely manner, maintain client files to Sales standards.
  • Achieve companies goal through Direct marketing.
  • Respond to the clients query at office and over telephone.
  • Collect Booking money and down payment from the new client.
  • Meeting prospective clients and promote about products.
  • Looking for new customer hunting to lead generate.
  • Prepare deed of Agreement.
Educational Requirements :
  • Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements :
  • At least 3 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Land and Apartment sales., Land Development, Land Hunting, Land Marketing, land Sales
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Developer
Additional Requirements :
  • Only males are allowed to apply
