We do Design, Supply, Construction, Installation, Commissioning, and Maintenance of LV, MV, HV & EHV Electrical systems Up to 400kV.
Strong knowledge & experience on Sales & Marketing of Sub-station, elevators, escalators, generators,LPS, MDB, DB, LBS, VCB, Change over, Frequency Inverters, transformers & all products of power solution.
Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market.
Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goal
Meet daily with sales Executives and Offer them the coaching, counseling, advice, support, training, motivation, or information they need in order to help them meet their sales objectives as well as increase their productivity.
Visit customers regularly to develop relationships to facilitate the expansion of the company's trading portfolio throughout the market.
Doing regular meetings with clients and finalized deals.
Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
Implementing new sales plans and advertising.
Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
The candidate must be target-oriented and work under the managing director.
Collaborate with other managers and key employees in the sales and marketing department to achieve important goals
Pre-sales preparation, sales presentation, negotiation of the sales contract.
Identify target markets and developing strategies to communicate with them.
Build a strong relationship with customers and deal with them.
Educational Requirements :
Diploma in Engineering in Electrical Electronic Engineering
